Anyway, let’s get to this outfit, because it’s a go-to in the fall for me.

Gibson Cozy Fleece

If you haven’t heard of Gibson Cozy Fleece, I’m about to change everything for you. It’s ridiculously cozy, as the name suggests, and it’s SO SOFT. There are also a ton of ’em in a bunch of colors and styles. I’m wearing this one, but this one is even cuter and it’s part of the Anniversary Sale. They run TTS, by the way. I’m wearing an XS in these photos, for reference.

Raw-Hem Jeans

I reviewed these jeans in this blog post, but I have to highlight them again. They’re awesome. I’d been looking for a pair of lighter jeans for a long time, and I adore how soft these are. I also love the released hem detailing, which balances out my otherwise very preppy looks, and the fact that they have just the right amount of stretch. Enough so there’s no danger of a muffin top, but you don’t have to worry about them sagging throughout the day, either. My favorite white skinny jeans, which I wear year-round, are also on crazy sale. (I find Hudson to run TSS as well, btw.)

Everlane Sandals

I get stopped constantly while wearing these sandals from Everlane. A little warning: they take a couple of days to break in, but once it happens, they’re BUTTERY soft and you’ll be reaching for ’em every morning. I didn’t get any blisters and the footbed wasn’t the issue; the leather uppers just needed some “mushing.” I recommend simply bending the uppers in your hands for five or 10 minutes… works like a charm! Also: they’re currently backordered, but they ship out on Tuesday, so order now before they sell out again! PS — when the weather changes, I switch my sandals out for these booties, which are currently on sale. Couldn’t live without them.

Madewell Tote

The Transport Tote is such a fall staple. It looks incredible with utility jackets, sweaters, plaid shirts and light coats… and it’s a steal for a real leather bag. I’m carrying this one in these photos, but I love the striped version, which is part of the Anniversary Sale.

Utility Jacket

I’m a little ashamed to admit that I own three or four utility jackets. But they’re SO great for the fall. My favorite look is when they’re paired with gray or navy stripe tees. The one I’m wearing here is old, but I think this one–part of the sale–is awesome. That ruffled detail! Side note: This isn’t a utility jacket, but it has a similar color scheme and I LOVE it.
