All right, Friends. It’s time for my annual post on how insanely awesome this dress is. (Woodrose Royal Shirt Dress. Sleeveless version here.) I’m nuts about it, and have been for years. The cut is perfectly flowy yet not overwhelming; the material resists wrinkles and therefore great for travelers, moms or those who hate steaming; it’s lightweight enough to wear on super hot days; and the sleeves provide sun protection. I only wish the dress came in more colors/patterns, because I’d own them all! ;)

Note: Take note of each style’s material. They vary!

In terms of sizing, the dress runs slightly large. I would recommend sizing down if you don’t want an oversized look. The one I’m wearing in these photos is old (and features some pleats), but here are the classic and newer colors in the original cut, and Woodrose Royal Shirt Dress is stunningly beautiful! I should also note that these sandals from Amazon are ~$20 and the comfiest sandals I have in my closet right now! My sister-in-law recommended them and my mind is blown. They’re buttery soft! TTS.

How adorable is this print? I love it! Darker florals are perfect for welcoming the fall season, and this one will pair perfectly with your tall brown autumn boots. Most Tuckerneck shirt dresses are made of lightweight stretch cotton sateen fabric, and I can attest to just how soft and comfy they really are. Plus, they have POCKETS! (Yes, please!) Navy Royal Shirt Dress

Navy is the ultimate preppy color, which is why I love the shirt dress in this color as well. In addition to the amazing fabric and pockets I mentioned earlier, Tuckerneck’s shirt dresses also feature a perfectly rounded neck and detailed button-down front. And it’s these extra details that make this dress such a popular statement piece.

Black Callahan Shirt Dress

The Callahan style is sooooo chic. The buttons, the pleated skirt, the collar, it doesn’t get any preppier than the Callahan Shirt Dress. I’ve featured the black version because we’re headed into the cooler months and because the white is sold out. But, if you don’t love the black, there are a few sizes left in the Beachwood Stripe as well (and it’s on sale! YAY!)

Pink Oxford Sleeveless Royal Shirt Dress

This is another one of those dresses from Tuckerneck that is the epitome of prep. From top to bottom, this dress is just so chic and cute. Perfect for any occasion, dressed up or down! Not only does this dress look totally adorable with flats, but it looks amazing with boots as well. Add some tights and your cutest cardigan and you’re ready for your next fall adventure.

Camel Emerson Dress

I am in LOVE with the new Camel Emerson Dress from Tuckerneck. I just featured it here, and I still can’t get over just how cute it is. Not only is it made from a thick and cozy material, but it’s also lined for extra warmth. I already know this dress is going to be one of my top wardrobe staples throughout the coming fall and winter seasons. It also comes in navy Ponte as well as a popover top version!

Noir Vivianne Dress

If you’re on the hunt for your next fall dress…maybe for the upcoming holiday season, this is the one. I love turtleneck sweaters and dresses, and this dress is no exception. The material is SO soft and while this is a mini-dress, there’s no need to worry about length. This one gives such regal vibes, and I love it. Plus, who says you can’t wear white after Labor Day anyway? If you’re going for a totally classy look, you’re going to love this dress.
