Interior Define x EveryGirl Rose Chair c/o / Brooke & Lou Wallpaper / Bow Drapes (In “Blush.”) / Ralph Lauren Toddler Dress (Old, newer here.) / Smocked Baby Dress (Old, newer here.)
One of my absolute favorite pieces of furniture in our home was designed by my friends Danielle and Alaina, co-founders of The EveryGirl. It’s the Interior Define x EveryGirl Rose Chair, and it’s on sale today and tomorrow only!
We have the chair (in Blush) in Emma’s room, and it’s been wonderful for stories and cuddle sessions. A lot of kids’ furniture is understandably on a smaller scale, and therefore it can sometimes make rooms look empty or proportionally a little off. But the Rose Chair fills out this corner of the room perfectly, and makes it so much cozier. The velvet material does that too; it’s amazingly soft! I should also mention that the velvet is very kid-friendly. We’d had the chair since the winter and it looks brand new despite a few accidents. Everything seems to wipe right off! (This is a big part of the reason we went with velvet for the couch in our basement playroom.)
We also have the Rose Chair in gray in our master bedroom. We originally had it in our living room at the old house, and were thrilled that it worked so well upstairs in the new house! My office is connected to our master, so I often sit on the Rose Chair when I need a change of scenery. :) It’s so calming.
I love that the overstuffed chair is traditional, as that works really well with our style. (At one point I tried to be trendier but it just didn’t take. 😆 Embracing what I love!) The English rolled arm and turned wood leg are timeless, and I know we’ll have the pieces forever.
And the price tag?! Very reasonable considering the quality of the furniture… and the sale price is GREAT.
I want to direct you to The EveryGirl’s feature on their entire collection with Interior Define because so much more than just the Rose Chair is on sale, and Danielle and Alaina are master interior designers and their photos are UNREAL. Cute story: one of the ways that Mitch convinced me to move to Chicago was sending me a photo of Alaina’s gorgeous Chicago apartment that he randomly found on Pinterest. (He also promised me Noodle, haha.) I only put two and two together a few years ago, but it warms my heart that Alaina’s since become a friend, and that unbeknownst to her, she is partly responsible for the wonderful life we now have in Chicago. And I really do think about that every time I sit in our Rose Chairs.
Now I’m crying while writing a blog post about a chair. It’s fine. We all have our issues. 😉
Btw: If you aren’t sure what fabric to choose (there are 70+ options!), there’s also a handy “choose later” option so you can partake in the sale without making a rushed decision. –The EveryGirl
Anyway, happy shopping! I can’t recommend the collection more.
