For years, I’ve tossed around the idea of creating some sort of photography class or writing an e-guide. I’m far from an expert, and save for that one film photography class I took when I was 12, I’m not “trained” in the traditional sense. But I love it, and it’s a big part of why I started this blog in the first place!
I also miss teaching. I do. While I know I haven’t really delved into the subject since this somewhat heart-wrenching post many years ago, I truly miss the teaching part of teaching, if that makes sense.
But I’m guilty of working harder, not smarter… and I’ve finally realized that I don’t need to create some fancy e-course or write a comprehensive e-book to do this. :) All this short-on-time mom needs is a platform and an amazing community of like-minded ladies who might be interested in photography, too. And she happens to have that!
So I’m going to call it “Kelly and the Camera” (Because “Kelly in the Camera” doesn’t make much sense. 😂) And we’re going to take it one blog post at a time.
First, though, I’d like to ask you a favor. Would you mind completing the below (completely anonymous) survey? It consists of only three questions (four if you count the last freebie one), so my hope is that it only takes a minute or two. ❤ Your responses will help me create better and more helpful posts!
Note: Have complaints? E-mail me at Kelly@kellyinthecity.com. I know anonymous questionnaires sometimes seem like the best way to voice ’em, but I really appreciate it when readers e-mail instead so I can chat with you about the issue. Easier on the heart, too. ;) Thank you!
Stay tuned! Excited for this little journey with you. ☺
