I’m feeling a tad bit homesick today, so let’s throw it back to my trip to Philadelphia a couple of weeks ago. ;) My brother and his fabulous fiancé, Kim, recently moved into a gorgeous apartment there, and I was thrilled that we were able to get the whole family together to see it. My family is all over the place right now, so it wasn’t exactly an easy task! (Mitch and I are out in Chicago; Dad works in New York City; Mom’s in Bucks County, Pennsylvania; Patrick and Kim are in Philly; and Danny works in New Jersey. Phew!)
Sometimes I really long for the days when we were all under the same roof… but every life stage is fun and exciting, and I love seeing my family grow and change. (Cheers to my soon-to-be sister-in-law. Too many boys before, hehe.)
On a completely unrelated note, have you guys seen Madewell’s new arrivals? I’m crazy about them. I know I tend to gravitate toward really preppy brands, but Madewell gets me every time. I love all the grays, neutrals, chambray and gorgeous leathers–and how effortlessly the brand’s products can be styled together. (And how comfortable and soft everything is!)
