Lilly Pulitzer Dress / Jack Rogers Sandals / Kate Spade Satchel (Old, similar here) / Monogrammed Necklace (Purchased at a boutique in New Jersey — similar here) / Kate Spade Sunnies (Old, newer styles here) / Kate Spade Bangle / J.Crew Earrings / Clinique Lipstick (“Chubby Peony”) / Joe Fresh Nail Color
A few days ago, I wrote a post about how I find Lilly Pulitzer deals. I explained that I normally try to be savvy about my purchases by waiting for incredible sales or searching for bargains on RueLaLa, Re-Lilly, 6pm.com and eBay. I also (because of you guys!) recently found out that my local consignment store in Lincoln Park carries LP. (I foresee many happy Sunday afternoons there. ;))
But once in a while, after falling completely in love with a particular print, I cave. That’s how this dress, for example, made its way into my life, haha. I knew it would sell out quickly, as most products in the ever-popular “Tusk in Sun” print do, and I was head over heels for it! But everyone splurges once in a while, right?! Oops.
If you missed the “Eliza” dress in “Tusk in Sun,” you can still get the look with Elizabeth McKay’s elephant print dress or top. And scroll down to the bottom of this post for more “elephantastic” options! (Sorry. Couldn’t help myself.)
