Mitch and I took Lucy to the Waterfront Cafe on Lake Michigan in Chicago this week. It’s right below Loyola University in the Edgewater neighborhood, and I so recommend visiting! It was scenic—awesome views of the city—and very laid-back and calm. And the lobster rolls? Off the charts! (Also, has anyone ever had Underwood canned rose before?! Wow! So good.)

I sadly didn’t think to take any photos of the restaurant, but I did make a little video, so I’ll link to that when I post it on Instagram tonight. For now, though, I thought I’d highlight that the Dudley Stephens Striped Fleece Collection dropped today!

I am such a big fan of this line; I have both the Somerset Sweatshirt (great for now) and the Park Slope Turtleneck (great for fall)! The girls both have the Kids’ Crewnecks, too.

I really can’t tell you how much I adore Dudley Stephens. I’ve relied on the brand for years to get me through our harsh Chicago winters, but I actually wear most of my tops year-round. (They work really well for travel, over-airconditioned spaces, and chilly summer nights!) Everything runs TTS, too. I typically order a size small—my preferred size with most brands—and the fit is comfortably roomy yet not oversized.

A nod to nautical chic style, the stripes are my fave, though. 😉 Be sure to grab yours before they sell out!
