What to Buy from Tuckernuck in August

It’s hard to believe that summer is already winding down and that fall and cooler temps will be just around the corner before we know it. Tuckernuck always has the best pieces for fall, so I sifted through their new arrivals and pulled some of my favorite finds to share. There are a few transitional pieces you can wear from the end of summer into fall as well as a bunch of new fall staples like quilted coats and cozy sweaters that I’m looking forward to pulling out in about a month.

Stripe Button Back Crewneck Sweater

This classic striped cardigan sweater is the best! It’s a timeless staple that works for all four seasons, which is why it’s one of the first pieces I pack on nearly every trip. I love that it’s made of cotton, which makes it incredibly soft and not one bit itchy. The chunky cable knit also keeps the sweater from pulling, which is amazing. And the last and possibly best part about this sweater is it’s reversible. It has buttons down the back and can be worn as a cardigan, making it a great versatile staple.

Olive Quilted Jacket

This quilted jacket is absolutely gorgeous. It’s a wonderful layer that keeps you super warm without looking too bulky. I love the olive green color and oversized corduroy collar on this jacket, making it even more timeless.

White Ruffle Hem Dress

I love this elevated three-quarter length sleeve dress. It’s a great transitional piece you can wear from summer into fall, and it can easily be styled from the office to dinner with friends. Wear it with tall riding boots or with Veja sneakers for a more casual outfit.
