J.Crew Pre-Fall Collection Favorites

J.Crew released their pre-fall collection, and there are so many wonderful new jackets, sweaters, and boots, with more styles to come on September 26th. I’ve rounded up some of my favorite pieces from the J.Crew Pre-Fall Collection below.

Navy Quilted Jacket

I LOVE this new jacket. The style is similar to J.Crew’s classic barn jacket with the same removable corduroy collar, gold snap buttons, and patch pockets, except this one is quilted. The puffer material makes this a great lightweight jacket for fall as well as an amazing transitional coat for that period in between seasons when you’re not quite ready to pull out a true puffer jacket. It comes in four gorgeous colors: navy, green, brown, and black, and I’m telling you, it will be hard to pick a favorite.

Cable-Knit Rollneck Sweater

I adore this timeless cable knit sweater. It’s 100% cashmere, so it will be ridiculously soft and warm. The intricate cable-knit detailing is so beautiful, and I’m a big fan of the relaxed roll neckline. You can’t go wrong with a cream sweater, but it’s also available in navy. This sweater is sure to be a staple in your fall wardrobe.

Open-Front Long Sweater Blazer

The original J.Crew sweater blazer is one of my favorite and most worn blazers, so I was excited to see it back this year in a longer length and in a gorgeous heather beige color. I love how a sweater blazer makes any casual outfit look more polished. I will say it runs very big, so I suggest sizing down. I take an XXS in J.Crew’s sweater blazers for reference, and I typically take a size 4 or 2 in J.Crew blazers.
