On Sunday, Mitch and I met John, my brother-in-law, at Birreria, Eataly’s rooftop bar and restaurant across the street from Madison Square Park. I can’t believe I’m in sleeveless dresses in October, but hey–not complaining! Lovin’ this indian summer we’re experiencing in New York. (And I love any excuse to wear my favorite Julie Brown dress!)
Anyway, John (and his adorable fam–you can see their cuteness in the wedding video) live outside Milwaukee, so we were super excited to hang out with him. We had a great afternoon catching up, laughing, and reminiscing about the summer. (There was a lot of reminiscing goin’ on this past weekend. ;) We’re a sentimental bunch.) Later that night, we had dinner at Blue Smoke, and met up with Gregg, my BFF from college. Gregg just moved back from London, where he’d been working for a few years. So fun to have two of my favorite people in NYC at the same time!
