Early Access for the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is live. If you’re a Nordstrom cardholder (credit or debit), you can shop the selection before the sale is made available to the public on July 21st. This is undoubtedly my favorite sale of the year, as it features the upcoming fall collection, too. Meaning that it’s not just what’s leftover from previous seasons; it’s stuff from the future.

Hahaha — I’m pretty funny at 2 a.m., no?

Anyway.

Sale items tend to go quickly, so snag your favorites at a huge discount while you can. (All prices will go back up when the sale ends on August 6th.) If you’re not a cardholder, though, don’t despair. Nordstrom actually restocks popular products from time to time, and there’s usually a big restock that occurs before July 21st when public access starts.

But here’s a favorite summer outfit, nearly all of which is currently on sale at Nordstrom. (And you don’t have to be a cardholder to purchase the products on sale, which is nice!) I wore it out to dinner the other night with my Chicago girlfriends, and it was perfect for the heavy humidity we’ve been experiencing here. ;) I love how light and gauzy the top is — it’s great for hot days, but it’s also extremely flattering as it hangs just right. And the skirt? Tuck anything into it and you have a completely pulled-together look. I wore a striped tee with it yesterday, and it totally brought me from day to night! This (similar) woven tote has been a go-to over the last month, too. I’ve mentioned this before, but it goes with everything, and it’s affordable enough that I’m not constantly worrying about it. My kind of summer bag! Oh–and the shoes. I’m wearing these, but all of these are very similar and on sale: one / two / three.
