Eliza J Dress (c/o — similar here, here and here) / Kate Spade Bag (Old, but loving this pink KSNY bag!) / Benevolent Jewels Tassel Necklace (c/o) / Kate Spade Watch / Adrienne Vittadini Pumps (Also available on eBay) / J.Crew Earrings / Kate Spade Sunnies (Old, newer styles here)
Okay. So… this dress is a little out of my comfort zone–not exactly the jeans-and-button-down look I normally have goin’ on these days–but I’m loving it! I wore it to dinner last night at Athenian Room, one of my favorite restaurants in my neighborhood, and I have to admit: the bold pattern made the night feel extra special. :) (How cute are Eliza J dresses?! I’ll be featuring another one soon, but in the meantime, check out Nordstrom’s selection of the brand.)
Anyway, last night was just one of those nights in which everything felt perfect. The weather was warm, we scored a seat at an outside table so Noodle could accompany us, the food was great, we met some fun people, and we laughed a lot. Nothing particularly spectacular happened, but little bits of wonderfulness just seemed to come together to remind me of just how lucky I am to have Mitch and Noodle… and the life we’ve started out here together. Maybe it was the dress? ;)
And with that, this little trio is off to bed!
P.S. — A huge thank you goes out to Eastland Shoe for sending Noodle a Maine lobster! (Scroll down to see her with it. It was love at first site bite, clearly.)

Love that Eliza J dress and those heels– such a great pairing! Noodle and her lobster are so cute by the way :)

Noodle staring down lobster is hysterical!!! Is Noodle’s bed from LL Bean? We got Bauer’s there and love it!

I love that dress, and I love the other Eliza J dresses as well! So cute!
The dress could not be more perfect, and the evening does sound magical. The framed and romantically lit dining area? amazing. when the weather is good, and the dress is good, everything else just falls into place. I believe.
