At last, autumn has arrived in New York City. Which means I can finally break out my fall Elizabeth McKay dresses! (I feel like I’ve been waiting forever.) If you’re not familiar with EMcK, think gorgeous materials, intricate patterns, bold piping, and lots of plaid. Ultimate prep meets ultimate class. (Sigh.)
I’m totally in love with Elizabeth McKay’s fall line, and the integration of tartans, navys, yellows, antlers (!), and elephants (!!) into the brand’s timeless and flattering silhouettes. And the best part about EMcK pieces? They transition perfectly from day to night. I dare say I love the brand more than I love J.Crew. Gasp. (But seriously. It’s true.)
