Last night, I had the pleasure of attending the “Ready. Set. Finished.” Ann Taylor and Birchbox event, hosted by Jessica of Bows and Sequins. It was such a blast! While sipping champagne (and then smashing it on the ground… yep; I was that girl, haha!), I shopped and chatted it up with some of my favorite New York City bloggers such as Rose of Blonde in this City, Julia of Lemon Stripes, and Shira of A Sequin Love Affair. (Actually, I didn’t do very much chatting, as I have a nasty case of laryngitis. But everyone was very understanding. Thanks, girls!) After the event, Mitch, Shawn, Jessica, Rose and I all headed over to Five Napkin Burger in Union Square for dinner and drinks. What a great way to end the week! So nice to get out of the apartment after being sick for so long, too!
