Roadtripper Jeans: Most Relied-On February Outfit

Roadtripper Jeans (Order “Long” if you don’t want them to be cropped. TTS. I re-wore this outfit–or versions of it, at least–several times this month. It’s ridiculously comfy and easy, and it’s made up of classics that mix and match extremely well and that you’ll wear for years to come. Here’s everything you need to know:

Roadtripper Jeans: Sorry if I’m getting annoying about these jeans, but I just can’t get over that they’re real, haha. They’re SO comfortable and stretchy… and they maintain their shape throughout the day without bagging out. I will say that on a scale from Jean to Jegging, they’re certainly more of a jegging. But they’re substantial (and dark) and therefore don’t show bumps. I really can’t say enough good things about them! I should mention, though, that the “Regular” length is a bit misleading; it’s definitely a cropped length. So order “Long” if you’re looking for more ankle coverage. (I have them in both lengths, but I’m wearing the “Regular” length here, which is clearly cropped! I’m between 5’4 and 5’5, btw.) TTS. Checkout the entire Roadtripper line here, too.

Eyelet Top: I’ve had this top for a long time now, and it remains a favorite. It’s VERY comfortable, and I find that it truly works for all seasons. It’s cotton, so I occasionally run a steamer over it to keep it looking crisp… but because there’s so much detailing, it travels well and holds up to babies on hips. I always get so many compliments and questions when I wear it; it’s a fantastic basic, and it dresses both up and down! TTS. (I’m wearing a size small here.) Here’s the button-down version as well.

Sweater Blazer: If you don’t have this, let’s get to it. ;) I wear this all.the.time. Yes, it runs very large, so size down. But it gives you that polished blazer look when it’s February in Chicago and need the extra warmth and coziness. I like wearing it with the sleeves slightly rolled/scrunched. If you’re less of a baby than I am when it comes to the cold, try the Regent Blazer in camel. It’s my favorite (true) blazer of all time! It also runs TTS, though I go a size up for extra shoulder room so I can pick up my girls without worry.

Leopard Headband: Doesn’t it make the outfit?! I’m all for these knot headbands. It’s a quick and easy way to accessorize, and I always throw them in my suitcase because they give all my outfits that extra oomph. I’m told that they also work very well with dirty hair if you’re blessed enough to be able to go more than 24 hours without washing your hair. ;) Throw it up in a ponytail, add the headband, and call it a day! J.Crew carries the same leopard one, too, btw.

Laney Pumps: Probably my best purchase of the year considering how often I reach for them. I LOVE all the Laney pumps because they’re so comfortable and easy on the feet with their low chunky heel, yet they also elevate looks to the max. (I currently throw ’em in my tote and change when I get there in case you’re wondering.) TTS and total classics!
