Burberry Jacket (Pretty sure I need this one for Emma, right?) / MZ Wallace Tote / Sole Society Pumps / Paige Jeans / Ray-Ban Sunglasses / Moon and Lola Bracelet / Nearly Identical Necklace / UppaBaby Stroller and Car Seat (Which snaps into the stroller for infants)
We recently had a couple of cool days here in Chicago, and they definitely got me thinking about the fall. While I’m a summer girl at heart, warm-weather clothing hasn’t done many favors for my post-baby outfits. ;) So for the first time ever, I’m pretty excited about the upcoming change of seasons! We also had the best fall ever last year, and I’m hoping for a repeat.
Ah, fall clothes. Is there anything better than cozy layers and jackets? Last year, I invested in this navy Burberry jacket from Nordstrom and wore it all the time. (I actually sold a bunch of my old jackets because I was reaching for the Burberry Ashurst so often!) Because I got so much wear out of it, and because I was in the market for a lightweight black jacket, I decided to invest in the Ashurst once again this year.
While the Ashurst was an investment that I debated for a long time, I clearly have no regrets as I went back for another. ;) I also can’t even tell you how many times I’d wished I’d had it in black last year! I know I’ll have it forever, too, since it’s a classic and won’t go out of style. (I’m done, though. One in navy and one in black is certainly enough, haha.)
Nordstrom has always been my absolute favorite place to pick up the classics, because the retailer has everything. I also love the company’s amazing customer service and the fact that it offers free shipping and free returns. Oh, and its selection of Burberry outerwear? Off the charts. :) Shop my favorites above!
Did I tell you guys that Emma’s first shopping experience was to Nordstrom in downtown Chicago? It was the absolute cutest. I mean, yes, she slept through the entire thing. But my mom and I had so much fun strolling her around, swooning over all the adorable baby clothing. Emma is actually going to be featuring some her own favorite kids’ wear from Nordstrom in the next couple of weeks, so stay tuned!
Be still, my heart. ;)
