How we doin’, Friends?! Definitely feeling like we’re living in the “Upside Down,” but I’m doing my best to keep busy and not be attached to the television/phone/computer.

Honestly, not much more to say over here so let’s just get to the outfit, which gave me great joy to wear because I rarely find myself in climates where I can pull off a skirt or dress in the fall. But it was in the SEVENTIES here yesterday. 🤯

SO HERE WE ARE!

Why am I yelling? Here’s the rundown:

Buffalo Check Skirt: Holy cuteness. This is a must. It’s a classic—one that J.Crew carried a few years ago… and now it’s back! I promise you that it’ll sell out quickly, so definitely jump on it now if you’re in love. Such a great, versatile piece that can be worn throughout fall and the holiday season. (And most likely what I’ll be wearing on Thanksgiving!) Love that I can pair it with a chunky sweater for some extra warmth, too. The skirt runs TTS. (How cute is this buffalo check dress, btw? Check out these plaid skirts, too. Really cute.)

Ruffled Sweater: FAVORITE SWEATER OF 2020. It’s so cute. No itchiness, easy to tuck in to high-waisted jeans, and looks great paired with skirts or even over dresses. And those ruffles? They really make an outfit pop! The sweater is a bit more fitted, in case you’re wondering about sizing. I’m wearing a size small here and it’s the perfect fit. Not too tight; not too loose! (Also love this one! This button-front sweater is adorable, too.)

Sarah Flint Riding Boots: These are amazing. Truly. There’s no break-in time, they’re exceptionally well-made, and they have a low chunky heel that provides some height without compromising comfort. Hue fan of how straight they are; it’s such a timeless look. (Don’t love riding boots that hug my legs!) I normally wear a size 7.5 in shoes but I order a size 8 in boots so I can wear them with thicker socks. This worked like a charm for the SF boots, too! (Want the look for less? More affordable version here, which I also own and adore. Insanely comfy.)

Faux Leather Tote: GREAT. So soft! It’s also reversible. I’ve had mine for years and it’s still going strong. At its price point, it also makes for an awesome gift. I’ve given it to so many family and friends and it’s been a hit with everyone! Again, it’s ridiculously soft.

Western Hat: J.Crew sent me this. Verdict’s still out for me. What do you think?! (Scroll down.) I’m perhaps 60 percent in, haha!
