Last night, Mitch and I headed down to the Unionville Vineyards in Ringoes, New Jersey, to take some photos. One of my very best friends from high school, John, is a manager there, and he was looking for some pictures of their award-winning wines to blow up and put on canvases. (By the way: John is playing guitar at our wedding ceremony! So excited.) Wine, photography, and good company? Just a few of my favorite things ever. I obliged. ;)

Goodness. The winery is fabulous. The grounds are stunning, the wine is incredible, and everything smells marvelous–the smell of oak and cedar wafts through the winery’s main building, and outside, the smell of summer is everywhere. Everything is so vibrant, too. Maybe I need to get out of the city more often. ;)

After the winery, we headed over to the brand new house that John and his wife, Jenn, recently moved into. Ahh! It’s gorgeous! I’m so incredibly happy for them. Jenn cooked us this amazing Moroccan meal, and we all sat around and just caught up. It was a perfect night. John and Jenn, thank you so much for having us! We love you both so much. Can’t wait for your Fourth of July party!
