Somehow I have two holiday looks left to post and TWO DAYS BEFORE THE NEW YEAR. If that isn’t a good omen for 2020, I don’t know what is. 😜

One of the best parts about what I do is that I can front-load the blog during busy times in my life. So I must admit that I’m writing this before my holiday travels begin, but according to the calendar, I should be traveling from the lake house back to Chicago today, where we’ll start preparing for a little New Year’s kiddie party we’re trying to throw together. With any hope, the house will be in good shape when we return, but let’s be serious. 😂

Whatever. The wonderful thing about throwing a kids’ party is that they destroy the place within the first 15 minutes anyway. So just have some friends–who already know you’re a complete mess, of course–arrive a little early and you’re golden. ;)

Anyway, the heroes of today’s outfit are the Noodle flats. And they’re on sale! I just love that so many companies are embracing the dachshund. Yes, my closet is slowly filling up, but everything speaks to me, haha.
