Naturalizer “Talley” Boot c/o / J.Crew Jeans (Mom’s wearing this pair, and I’m wearing the original version of this pair) / LOFT Sweater (Old, but we love this one!) / Julie Brown Designs Cardigan c/o / Ralph Lauren Oxford / Max & Chloe Monogrammed Necklaces / Longchamp Tote / Cinco Powell Tassel c/o / Moon and Lola Earrings c/o Tuckernuck / C.Wonder Earrings (Old, Similar here) / Kate Spade Watch (Old, newer versions here) / Kate Spade Sunglasses (Old, similar here and here)
Today, I’m partnering with my mom to celebrate Naturalizer’s “Style is Relative” campaign, which embraces the idea that the need for style–and comfort–is ageless. And that Naturalizer shoes are timeless and chic, and for all women! (Except for you, Noodle. As much as you’d love to get your little chompers on them.)
When my parents flew out to spend a long weekend in Chicago with us, my dad–who’s recently gotten into photography–snapped these photos of Mom and me. (And Noodle, who hilariously matches our boots perfectly.) We had the best time (so many laughs!), and my mom was such a trooper. I mean, can we give it up for Cathy for a moment? Having your photo taken for a blog can be a bit nerve-wracking, but Mom was such a natural. (Hehe. See what I did there?) And let’s get a round of applause for Dad, too. Because he’s killin’ it on the photography front! Thanks, guys. :)
But back to the boots. We were so excited to receive them, because A) they’re beyond comfy, B) they’re cute and they go with everything, and C) they’re LINED WITH FLEECE. Yes, you read that correctly, my friends. Lined with fleece. We’re both freezing all the time, so this is perfect for us! To boot (I’m on a roll), they’re great for everyday outfits and early morning walks with dogs or girlfriends. Just slip ’em on and go.
Anyway, a big thanks goes out to my parents and to Naturalizer for including Mom and me in this campaign! Oh–and if you’re looking for a great pair of stylish yet comfy boots, use code “BFF2015” to take 30 percent off your next Naturalizer purchase now through October 11th. :) How cute are these? And these?!
