It would appear as though the only articles of clothing I packed for this trip are shorts and button-downs. Sorry about that. I spend nearly every summer living out of my suitcase, and by August, things start to unravel. ;) Starting to get excited about getting back into the swing of things at home, slipping on my heels, and putting together some extra-girly outfits. (You know, after about a month of homelessness. Ah, gee.)

Last day in Illinois tomorrow! Spending it with Mitch’s adorable grandmother, and running some errands. (I have to get my glasses prescription, which I got out here in the spring, knocked down a notch. It’s a bit too strong, and I tend to bump into walls at night while wearing my specs. Ha.) On Tuesday, we’re driving back to New York City to pack up our apartment and attend Darby and Jason’s wedding! (Ahhhhh! So excited!) Sad to leave Illinois, but extremely happy that we’re coming back for a long weekend in October or November. Makes saying goodbye a bit easier!
