Oh my gosh, how are we this far into August already?! In a way, it feels like summer just started. At the same time, I’m VERY ready to get back into a routine haha. Emma and Lucy wear uniforms, so we don’t have much back to school shopping to do. I’m living vicariously through you today! When I do buy clothes for the girls, I always try to go up a size so they can get another year of wear out of everything. Cuffing for LIFE. You’ll save so much money, I promise.

Button Pinafore Dress: Would this not be so cute for the first day of school or picture day? The yellow and pink corduroy are also adorable.

Quilted Heart Jacket: I’ll admit this immediately made me think of the Lover era, so naturally I had to include it haha. Besides that I’m a BIG fan of layers and this one could not be cuter.

Sequin Bow Sweatshirt: Sequin. Bow. Sweatshirt. CAN YOU EVEN.

Breton Shirt: Guys. How adorable are those elbow patches?! Kids can never have too many everyday shirts and this one is too cute.

Pleated Skirt: The prep in me is LOVING all the pleated skirts this season. This one is made with corduroy and comes in brown and the prettiest blue as well.

Skirtall: Only $22 and comes in black. Also, I love the roomy pockets. So practical!

Embroidered Jean Skirt: I’m tempted to get this for Emma! I know it wouldn’t make it that far into the Chicago fall, but it’s only $18 and she’d still love it come spring.

Block Print Wide Leg Jeans: Okay, these jeans are amazing. I kind of wish they came in my size! What a fun way to wear block print.

Frilly Collared Blouse: A classic—and surprisingly versatile?! You could definitely wear it with the skirts and dresses in this roundup. The ruffles around the collar are my favorite detail.
