Happy Memorial Day Weekend! It’s finally here! After work today, Mitch and I are heading down to Bucks County, Pennsylvania with Darby and her fiancé, Jason, to attend the wedding of our fabulous friends, Ben and Joanna. After the celebration, we’re all caravaning back to New York to attend the wedding of Kristen and Daryl, who are just as wonderful as Ben and Jo. ;) It’s going to be one awesome weekend! I’m pretty excited to break out a summer Lilly dress for the first time this season, too! (I don’t care if it’s going to be cold. It’s Memorial Day Weekend. I’m so doing it!)

Last night, I met up with Darby and Mandi, some of my favorite New York prepster friends, to attend J.Crew’s “Style Sessions” event in Midtown. (Stay tuned for my friends’ adorable outfits from the event! I’ll post them tomorrow. ;)) Absolutely loving J.Crew’s latest collection. Really obsessed with the seahorse print. Check out the Boy Shirt in Seahorse, the T-Shirt Dress in Seahorse, and the 3″ chino short in Seahorse. (The shorts are my faaaaavorite!)

I love shopping dates with my girlfriends! Once the J.Crew event ended, I jumped on the 4/5/6 to meet up with Mitch and Shawn as well as a couple of their college friends in Union Square. We went to Brother Jimmy’s, our favorite BBQ restaurant in the city. (We love it so much we once went there on Valentine’s Day. ;)) It was such a pleasure meeting their friends, “Chi” and Theresa, who were in town from Chicago for a wedding. What a great night!
