I can’t believe that tomorrow is Halloween. Where did this year go?! After this coming weekend, I’ll be on full-out Thanksgiving/Christmas mode… and I’ve already found my holiday dress. Isn’t it perfect? I’m not exaggerating when I say that apart from my wedding gown, this is my favorite dress I’ve ever owned. I wore it last night to The EveryGirl + Interior Define launch party in Bucktown, as well as to the Mr. Porter event downtown at the SoHo House. I also plan on wearing it to pretty much every holiday party this year, haha. (Get ready, family and friends.)
If you haven’t heard of Devon Baer, she’s a designer–originally from the Philadelphia suburbs, now based out of Manhattan–who emerged in 2010. Famous for its luxurious fabrics, statement ruffled necklines, and fabulous prints and textures, the brand is carried at Tuckernuck and The Lucky Knot… along with a ton of other preppy boutiques.
