I’m pretty sure this is the second glass of Chardonnay talkin’, but here we go. I’m taking a 30-day “Plaid Challenge.” 😂 Yes, that’s correct. I am not going to adhere to a diet, get passionate about physical fitness, or adopt some other life-changing mindset. I’m simply going to wear or feature plaid on the blog every day–in some way–until December 25th. And revel in the pointlessness of it all!

I do realize that I’m already several days in, but luckily for my psychopathic self, I featured plaid on November 25th (A Visit to the Christmas Tree Farm), 26th (What to Buy from the Nordstrom Sale), 27th (Kelly’s Guide to Cyber Monday and My Closet, On Sale) and 28th (Casual, Preppy Christmas Outfit and Cyber Week Sales the are Still Active). So totes counts, and totes already #winning. 🙌 Right?!

Oh boy. Guys, I’m doing us all a favor and cutting today’s post short. But here are some adorable photos of my little girl snapped at the lake house over Thanksgiving. My in-laws’ friend had the above sleigh in his garage. They bought it for him in exchange for a couple of bottles of wine, haha. LOVE. Honestly I nearly died when I saw it in their yard. I mean, Emma pretending to be driving it in the last photo? I can’t.

And YES. I’ve been wearing this sweater non-stop. It’s perfect. It does run big, so size down. (I’m wearing the XS here.) If it’s sold out, try this one in red or navy. This one in white and this one from Vineyard Vines are also pretty similar!
